Description

Position Overview
Sound Screening and Collection Services is seeking an organized, adaptable, and people-focused Assistant Operations Manager to help oversee daily processes and operations. This role is central to maintaining productivity, ensuring service quality, and supporting both employees and clients. 

Primary Duty
Oversee Sound Screening & Sound Collections’ processes and operations to ensure productivity and quality across all services and products. Communicate regularly with leadership regarding projects, priorities, processes, and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and motivate employees through supportive coaching and training

  • Manage general office operations and administrative functions

  • Assist with recruiting, training, and employee engagement initiatives

  • Oversee client onboarding, training, and recertification processes

  • Support screening staff as a back-up production assistant when needed

  • Coordinate reporting to TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian on behalf of Sound Collections

Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift between projects efficiently

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on support. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, improving processes, and helping teams perform at their best.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Flexibility within those hours for 30-40 hours per week. 
Pay: $24-28/hr
