Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of property management experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Exceptional customer service abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Working knowledge of Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing laws

• Experience with Entrata is a plus
