Description
Dobler Management Company is looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team! We are a large property management company with 70+ communities in Pierce County. We need a dedicated professional to help with our growing portfolio.

Duties:
  • Oversees all activity at the properties in their assigned portfolio.
  • Manage the financial performance by overseeing market rents, collection, delinquency, occupancies, maintenance, and capital improvements.
  • Performs regular inspections of properties and grounds.
  • Maintains the financial integrity of the property.
  • Addresses employee performance issues.
  • Addresses resident special accommodations and escalating issues.
  • Communicates with the maintenance team regarding property concerns.

Experience:
  • Extensive work with multifamily housing
  • Regional or Asset Manager experience
  • Broad knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Law and Fair Housing
  • Real Estate License 
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication a must!

We offer:
  • Annual Salary $80,000 to $110,000 DOE
  • Paid PTO/Holiday
  • Medical after 60 days of employment
  • 3% 401k employer contribution after 1 year.
Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
