The Custodian will clean vacant apartments in preparation of occupancy, rental office and all common areas including but not limited to the restrooms, cabana area and laundry rooms. This position will report to the Apartment Community Manager and/or the Maintenance Supervisor.

Experience cleaning multifamily residential and/or commercial buildings preferred. Qualified candidates must have knowledge and understanding of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment used to perform job duties.
