Description
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who possesses a minimum of 5 years of strong working knowledge of residential apartment maintenance and/or related repair/maintenance experience.
Ability to successfully lead and manage a crew of technicians is a must.
Qualified candidates must provide their own tools, truck or van and provide a valid driver's license.
