We are currently seeking a Facility Technichian for a brand new apartment community opening soon. A qualified candidate must possess strong working knowledge of residential apartment maintenance or related repair/maintenance experience. Skill set in appliance repair is a plus! Qualified candidates must provide their own tools, truck or van and provide a valid driver's license.
